Toontown is better. You actually have a goal for the game and that's to reach 137 laff points by working hard. Club penguin has no point to be made. You don't do anything except play minigames you will get sick of after a while. I've tried both for a 6 month trial each.
I used to play Toontown, but after 3 months I discovered that it makes viruses. So, I play Club Penguin because my brother's friend moved,left his account on my computer,and he is a member.

Toontown. It's 3D and there's more Toon activities than penguin. Also, you can't battle in Club Penguin. 1-year olds like Club Penguin. 8 or 7 and up like Toontown.
