wow... you really sound like you don't want people coming over and trying out these things.. its kinda like " go try them out if you wanna get sick or go to jail".
i have to somewhat agree with gizzlefizzle121 apart from his BAD SPELLING and racist comments.
@monscterC666 So not true! Could have eliminated the nasty comment from "you know who" and spammed it but left it up considering "freedom of speech." Just because I'm timid about food doesn't mean someone else shouldn't try it. I've traveled with people who revel in fried tarantulas and say they're pretty tasty but a little greasy. Please remember, once again, these videos just come from my perspective. Videos are done for love of travel...
this bitch pordon my language is so rascist for this video and is really misinformative i kno a guy who was from CANANADA and he walked around cambodia and went boating with a fat ass "JOINT" EVERYWHERE SHE PROBALLY DOESNT WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOURSELVES WHEN YOU EVER GO TO CAMBODIA STUPID DUMB BITCH
@gizzlefizzle12 Do you honestly think I care what other people do? This video is meant to inform people of choices, etc. Sorry you feel that way. Travels With Sheila
@glentton So sorry! I was a novice at that time and barely knew what I was doing! Hopefully, the most recent videos have improved. Thanks for watching and I appreciate your comment. Best regards, Travels With Sheila
the seashells are so dangerous for foreign stomachs. Its not cooked but rather salted and sun dried..in other word, it left in the sun to rot. The salt does nothing for it other than a condiment.
I'm always afraid to eat anything that's been sitting in the sun for a long time, whether back home or traveling. Gotten food poisoning too many times.
i'm english, i ate them many many times tho had to get some kids to show me how to get into them the first time, taste lovely, especially the chilli ones and i never got ill. still not sure what they are though! they're called leer in khmer
you are lucky then because I've heard bathroom horror stories of the aftermath. I'm too cautious to try. I am glad you liked it. You must have some powerful stomach.
1:43 those are clams.. i'm from washington and i eat them all the time. and sometimes go digged for them too...but they are indeed cook..just not in a way of you expected to be cook..it's basically sun-dried..we do that all time..we put the clams in a tray, season them, put it in the car on the dash, and let them sit in the sun for couple of hours..
