Reconstruction= Oakland, Compton, Long Beach, East St. Louis, New Orleans, Detroit, Atlanta, dirty cities, gangs, millions in tax payer money for social programs-welfare, financial aid, etc., millions in prison expenses. There was no Federal Income Tax in the United States before the Civil War/ Reconstruction, now we have Federal, State and Sales Tax.
