This is part 4 of this old and slow chef videos, for the most complicated and exasperating version of beer can chicken recipe EVER. My advice is don't watch this video.
DON'T follow what she just did to light a gas grill. The entire line of Char-Broil brand patio gas grills have electronic starters, including this 3-burner model. Maybe her grill is broken. I don't know.

Personal chef? Hope she has good liability insurance. Also, get a grill with an automatic starter, that is very dangerous how she lights the BBQ. .
