  • Sorry that we didn't put the weight of the meat. We used about 3lbs of sliced beef in this video.

  • sorry if i missed it but i don't think you mention how much beef is in this recipe (4 adult servings).

    are you using 1 pound or a pound and a half of beef or what?

    It's 4 tablespoons of Soy Sauce. That's for 4 adult servings. Good luck.

  • Jintonica, You can use beef sliced really thin. Any cut will do but the more lean the better.

  • Bierreisender, Yes, you can use any kind of lettuce. I prefer Romaine. Use gochujung paste with the meat and a little rice, wrap and eat. Yummy!

  • Hi. I thought that I was making bulgogi when I bought the marinated meat in an asian supermarket. The Korean girl said to wrap it up in red leaf lettuce leaves with denjang sauce. Is that the traditional way?
