Nuclear can be used to run all of our fixed energy uses DUMASS. Then Coal can be converted to oil and natural gas can be used to run cars also DUMASS. Coal to Oil was cost effective after 50 dollars per barral DUMASS. Why 10 years for NUKES? Second PM of Iraq Maliki just demanded that US get out of Iraq. So how do you know he isn't going to turn the spigots back off.
