In fact parrying the super art is relatively easy. Doing the combo that Daigo does is annoyingly hard because he does a shoryuken instead of a hadouken, and because they have similar input commands I nearly always end up doing a hadouken by mistake.
To put it in perspective, what Daigo did was like an NBA player in game 7 of the final with the score tied and seconds to go and performed a dunk the caliber you only see in slam dunk contest. While the dunk itself is not the best ever, it's the context of the dunk that made it amazing.

Also, I'm only good at Third Strike when using a keyboard, though I have improved quite a bit since this video was made. Still not pro nor do I claim to be though, lolz. Ken is the only character I can play. I can sorta do Yang, but meh.

@septembermg oh lawd lol believe me i know. This vid is 3 years old; I've gotten much better since then. I can hit the fierce kick, low mid kick, shoryuken into SA3 combo easily now, but when I do it after jumping in the air to parry something, like the super in this vid, I mess it up half the time.
Jumping forward at them, though, I hit it every time. Weird.
