Apparently you haven't seen enough breasts to tell real from fake because hers are obviously implants. Long before she got pregnant, her breasts were much larger than when she first started singing.
Just look at her early pictures when she was first starting out and then compare that to a few years later and they suddenly got so much larger. Also you can tell because her breasts don't look natural anymore either.
