  • 2:18 I'm crying my eyes out.

  • what`s this man doing in the kitchen? this is a place for women shame!!!!!!

  • looks like a TV dinner, this would be good for a lazy person, iam looking for something a bit more advanced.

  • @Tonystarkes888 : I'm a lazy person. I like everything that's easy. If it's hard, it's a waste of my time.

  • Excellent...!!

  • A Megan Medical Magazine recommended Health Video-Staying Green with Foods.

  • the method is roasting but those look steamed. good, i'm sure. why no herbs? a little rosemary and/or thyme.

  • Great idea! Especially, for vegetarian like me :-)

  • Very good tips. Cooking with fresh ingredients can be easy and inexpensive. If you like the tips from John, you should check out my channel!

  • Great tips!!!!

  • i didnt understand that knife it is?

  • is this ideal for making a healthy meal

  • Can someone tell me how to SIMPLY make roasted mixed vegtables that come frozen (califlower, broccoli, zuchini, squash, etc.)?

  • @surferee Roasting frozen vegetables is a waste of time. I you might think you are saving time by getting your veggies in a plastic bag but you aren't saving any real money and you will never get the wonderful flavors and textures that fresh vegetables will give you. Always opt for fresh vegetables and fruits.

  • I think he should of taken more time at putting them on the plate. lol

  • Recommend higher heat + more seasonings

  • lol :-D

  • i you put them on a big plate they would look scrumptious!

  • life would be so much easier if i liked tomatoes, (e, no e?)but i just cannot get into them

  • please show the recipe list!

  • needs seasoning...fresh herbs...a bit of salt and pepper :) otherwise it's very good!

  • See the salt and pepper on the counter? I guess that got edited out.

I love fresh herbs, and I prefer to add them about two thirds of the way through so they do not burn. I also like to put a bit of raw herbs at the end for a bright flavor.

I love that people show by suggestion that there are endless ways to make things.

    BTW, soggy? cooked! ;-)

  • good veggies and stuff but add some flavour buddy like oregano or basil and u cant eat garlic by itself i hope u no that i guess you do apart from that it looked good

  • There is TONS of flavour in there. TONS! You CAN eat garlic on its own if its roasted, of course you can.

  • Exactly "VUandChips", there is more than enough flavour in those vegetables.

Each to there own but why would you wanna cover up the natural flavour?

  • cool recipe i am gonna try it soon cheers

  • Your roasted vegetables look fantastic!

  • Excellent demonstration. I especially liked the suggestion on how to avoid over cooking the garlic
