(To the Reviewer) The reason you have a scratch in the screen is not that the mineral glass got scratched, but the shatter proof film got scratched. The actual screen is fine and SE even give you an extra shatter proof film in the box. But yeah, its just a factory installed screen film that can be quite difficult to see BUT it is there and thats what scratched so easily.
@gunstar1981 I definitely spotted it along the edge, but after a lot of picking, it was clearly not meant to be taken off. I'm having the same issue with the Xperia Play right now. It's super that the Arc's got some added shatter protection, but I don't think it's worth the extra scratches.
@IntoMobile Yeah its really hard to get off off at first. When I had my x10 it was real trouble starting a corner but once you do it will pull off pretty easy. Its fitted so well that most people don't realize there is even one installed. I know when I purchase the Arc sometime next week I will be removing it as soon as I open the box. I hope SE with future devices go gorilla glass or forget about the shatter film all together as it just gets scratched too easily.
@miiiikeh right, obviously it does, if you pay for it with your provider. thats like me asking you whether your computer has RAM. All phones these days are 3G capable.
I've had this phone since March 31st, and I love it!
and the ding in your ''screen'' is really only on the screen/shatter protector, which you can remove, look in a corner of the screen and you'll see what I'm speaking of.
i accidentally dropped my xperia arc..n now it got a stcratch..is there a way to fix it..? i've already using the screen protector..
