I always get a get out these old Dept Store scenes in old shows and movies, I just wish Lucy had a good reason to go to a TOY Dept as I LOVE toys from the 60s esp the now defuncted Topper Toys
I sure wish Lucy had gone to work in a dept store instead of a bank !
In real life, Ms. Charmichael would have to have paid for all the damage she did to the store, though that is one cheap refrigerator to have a door that breaks so easily.
The address Lucy gives as her apartment address, 780 N. Gower Street, was actually the real address of the Desilu building (the building is now owned by Paramount).
"You're gonna give it to ME??" "Yes! But we'll keep it in my apartment." "WHAT?!?" XD

Notice how she always looks at the camera and turns, she's reading the cue cards.

I dont think so. This show was shot on film before an audience. There was no cue cards.
