Im telling you, just use SOURCE RECORDER. It is a built in feature of all source games (through console) and renders each frame individually so there is NO LAG. It really works, I've done it my self.

To get it to work, Hold your 'Reload' key, look at the seat, press your 'Use' key, then release youe 'Reload' key. Took a bit of experimentation to figure it out.
