Beautiful dance & message on how pole impacts your life. I totally feel you on it being a salvation. I find it very therapeutic & meditative. Freedance is a craft. A conditioning of the mind, body & spirit. This conditioning becomes a necessary prelude despite the implications of the word spontaneity. The Freedancer pre-visualizes/realizes in her mind the next pattern event & then performs it cleanly with feeling. This suggests the need for a collection of patterns to be practiced diligently. Then highly aware of her emotions she can reacts & adapts herself to the momentum's flow of change. Freedance is a Meditation & Alethea a Master.

I noticed the change in style right away. I was proud to see u challenge urself for such a change. But I am not at all surprised :) Ur testimony of triumph is a contributing factor to that.
