let's see, the RS4 hasn't got a turbo, the R8 neither, neither has the S5...but even if, what counts are the results...like for example the 24hours of Le Mans - won by a Audi R10 with a diesel engine...when did a beemer won anything last time?

I like BMW, but I love Audi. BTW, Audi is about to introduce a 600bhp RS6 with 700ft/lbs torque and the RS5 will have 450bhp and 500/ft lbs torque, and the R10 will have over 500bhp. They sound pretty serious to me... Who cares if it's with or without turbos, does it REALLY matter??

The M5 has a greate engine, it's just too darn ugly. It's also 20 grand more and not in direct competition with the RS4

The M5 is not the equivalent of an RS4.... The thing to compare would be the 2008 RS6 - and that also has a V10 plus a twin turbo that you hate so much... producing 580hp.

The RS4 has to be compared to the new M3... which is sort of the car that attracts young ASBOs with its looks.
