GIALOUISE1980, I only meant to say that all the sites on you tube about Gia I have seen and all the stories I looked up online about her life, do not deserve some of the things people say about her. I did not know her I wish I could have she seemed to love with her heart and not her head, that's what made me want to know more about her.

I only heard of this story because of Angelina playing the role, then I became curious about how true to life the movie was. Gia was beautiful in a time everyone wanted to be blonde and blue eyed. I connected because her story was/is every little girls dream, being beautiful, living the model life and then drugs came into her life as they do anyone who wants to destroy their demons what ever they may be. Almost every comment on this site is like you personally knew her----YOU DID NOT----

Thanks for posting this I love her.Her life was so trgic and ended way too soon. I guess God needed an angel.This made me cry. I have a daughter and could not fathom anything as tragic as this happening to her. Gias mom must have went through hell losing her only daughter. RIP .

Sady Linter could have save Gia by giving her more time and more love.... but she didnt.... I think Sandy Linter is a very selfish person..... Gia was very young when she became successful.... I hate how he says she had a splendid life. Thats kind of cruel because if she did, she never would have stuck a needle in her vain to begin with. Its more like she could of had a splendid life, but unfortunately she never got that big second chance we all get in life to remake ourselves. That usually comes in our 30's and for some, longer. She was already gone at 26. Money, beauty, drugs, will never repair a broken heart, so many pay w/their life to learn that. All we can do is learn from it.

from what I've read and seen, she just wanted to be loved that was all. If you consider how many people have a fondness towards her, I don't think her life was that tragic. I just think in some ways she was unlucky. I think her mom loved her in some ways but i don't think the love ran very deep.

She really was beautiful, infact just watched a film from 1981 this past wkend. where there was a teenage boy jerking off to her photos from like Vogue or something.
