@jongsong86 well maybe on some of what he does (i've only seen like 5 of his videos, but he does seem to use it quite abit, whether its too much or too little i cant really tell tho caz its his thing, theres nothing to compare to). but just listen to Tatakau no Monotachi that he plays, he doesnt necessarily under or overuse it, he just uses it in the wrong places or at wrong timing, u'll hear quite abit of choppyness. but whatever u have ur opinion i have mine, i dont want to have a comment war.

I've listened to this song a lot and been -very- picky about people covering it. I've heard a lot of "good" covers, but it's always too fast, too slow, too sloppy, wrong notes etc.

This however, is pretty much perfect. Rhythm is spot on, the feel is spot on, he just changed one small part or two. Amazing performance, I'm in awe.

Damn, I'm good! :P That part at 1:50 is just triiicky. The melody is just thrown around like a ragdoll, can't get my fingers around it. I'd try if i could find where my hiding spot is... hahaha.

Aprillio plays very and very mediocre! Slow and without professional feeling of the sound! Often he just hits the repeating notes without any care. For instance compare to w3sp performance - Aprillio is definitely inferior. But the orchestra sounds wonderful!

Man, that piece is way better without an orchestra backing it up. He makes it look easy, really good stuff. One of my favorite pieces by Nobuo Uematsu, along with Tifa's Theme. Ditch the orchestral backup and it'd be perfect.

I've yet to find a bad japanese musician. I think they were all born music geniuses. Every single one of them that I hear, plays extremelly well, not to mention the master creator behind this music (nobuo uematsu ftw)
