I didn't like what they did to the series. For one - what's up with the characters? They look like they've been pulled out from Gears of War, or Unreal Tournament! What' wrong with the original Speedball character design? Just look at Speedball 2100 they looked awesome! So old school. The gameplay too is just messed up. I don't know if they'll ever make another Speedball. :(
The original Speedball 2 on the Amiga is thousand times better...The theme music on the Amiga alone blows this crap away. With that said, I'm going to buy some icecream now.
Shame it didn't turn out that good. I bought this @ $49 trusting it would be a game worth buying, and got nothing worth my money. I'm not pointing fingers here - not my style. This game is a great trailer for the original Speedball 2, though :)
