Everyone, Americas Next Top Model Cycle 18 will be a cycle where in they will take past models from Britains Next top model and Americas Next Top Model to compete together. 7 from BNTM and 7 from ANTM

lol i LOVE how ridiculously stupid this is. at all the casting challenges--and i mean almost ALL of them--the people would constantly say how amazing jade and sophie were and how incompetent mecia was--the fact that lisa says "she can do EVERYTHING" is sooooo hilarious. sophie and jade have both been some of the most successful bntm contestants ever, while mecia has done a whole lot of nothing.

How they could eliminate Jade after having near perfect pictures, a great attitude and personality, and a beautiful walk is beyond me. After she was eliminated I really almost lost interest. The other two were strong but Jade was eerily flawless throughout. I kept waiting for her to hit a slump and she never did. However, with the exposure she got I am sure she is now working as a model somewhere. In the real world, not some reality show competition, she rules. Eat up, Jade.

I'm glad mecia won over Sophie, because at then end of the day Sophie only cared about her own needs in the competition, but I do feel sorry for her having to stand there watching mecia take what she wanted most at that time. I know everyone thought Jade should of won, because she was lovley but I just think she would get a career anyway, so it might've been nicer to let someone else have a job too. :)

I am glad she won. Not only because I disliked Sophie, but because this was a very nice and natural girl (Mecia). Yeah, Jade was the most professional and she was recognized in each shoot - but I guess the judges knew that she would make a carreer anyway.

I think Sophie has the face, she does somewhat have the look. She is only young though so therefore the fact she was a bit bitchy i can overlook, i think everyone has there moments. I did prefer Mecia but it was an obvious choice, she won ed hardy at casting and therefore it was slightly predictable... Jade is a smart girl, she will do well.. I still think Daisy & Hayley were strong competitors

the last two winners of this show have sucked. jade and daisy should have been in the final. mecia was nobody till you saw her there alone with just sophie, people hate sophie so mecia is sort of praised. what a way to win, sort of by default because all the really good contestants have been eliminated by stupid judges. boring mecia.

I find it just like in germany...last year the winner was horrible...but the second place was beautiful and she is more famouse than the winner...i hope this year 2010...the winner will be better than last year..anyway...the winner in the show doesn´t mean they will be succesful all the time...

Jade should have won. At least maybe now she can have a real career. Anyone remember when Whitney won over Anya in ANTM? They totally did that for the sake of having a plus size winner, it didn't matter who was actually the better model. These shows are about ratings and entertainment rather than finding good models. I understand that for the show to exist it needs good ratings, but they should have winners and contestants who can be real models too, like with AusNTM.
