@myvaginableedsdaily because people are addicted to money, they feel the need to accumulate as much as possible so they can live their own lives. My bf's dad is like 50-60 and still working HVAC. His back is all messed up and he can barely feel his fingers and he's still trying to get cash. He should be ok to retire by now but his 401K dropped like a rock since '08 and there's no way he can patch it back up to retire any time soon.
