@kbundy023 agreed... I think it's not so much because of the unfriendliness of HK-ers. It's more because of the skyness of HK-ers in front of cameras. If it's not taped, I am sure all HK-ers would have helped them right away...

Why don't they ask the people who are businessman or 18 to 30 year old people ... Those are the type of people they should target... Both of them I trying to ask the older people, of course they won't answer your question.
Sentence structure is somewhat the same, but they are very different. It'd be easier for a Japanese person to learn Chinese than a Westerner, because of this.
I'd say if they learn the vocabulary and formalities, they'd be good.
Also kind of screwed with Chinese. Got Cantonese, Mandrian, and of course the other dialects. Japanese have their own dialects. Usually very similiar to each other though. Other times very far apart.
