  • Very soon, I will be doing this!

    nervous though :-P

  • I miss seeing them in Seattle as a little boy.

  • This is amazing, we have street preformers from around the world like Austrailia and I think the UK but I'm unsure, I live in a small down in Alberta, Grande Praire. I would love to see living statues someday, I just lack transportation xD I live far far away sadly T ^T

I love how the people are so nice and not being mean or rude to you all. I would see some clips that people are being mean, like trying to hit below the belt or mock.

  • Hi, do you guys sell costumes as well? Custom make?

  • @NewageBlipper Sorry mate - we only make costumes for ourselves. :-)

  • How do they sit still

  • @dram100 We always stand still - it comes from lots of practice and patience. If you visit our website and go to the About Us page there's a link to a resource page that explains more about the way we perform.

  • What do you paint them with?

  • @dram100 We use a variety of acrylics and other paints - the exact types are well kept secrets :-)

  • whats the name of the song?

  • Clover Over Dover by Blur - it's from the Parklife album.

  • did one of the guys paint eyes on his eyelids?

  • @HalleNoel12 No, we just close our eyes. There used to be guy on the South Bank in London who painted his eyelids and the effect is cool but it's not something we do. Also there were some girls from San Fransisco who won the Arnhem World Statue Festival in Holland a couple of years ago who painted big cartoony eyes onto their eyelids - looked great.

  • are they aloud to open there eyes or is it closed all the time?

  • @MorzikTheKat It depends on the statue - with our elegant statues we always keep our eyes closed as it makes the performance a lot more mysterious. If we're doing a more comedy style character based performance then we use our eyes a lot to stare at our audiences. Takes a lot of practice not to blink.

  • tip top!

  • Awesomeness.

  • awesome lol

  • beautiful. : )

  • Very cool!
