over-all education is not a problem-our forefathers laid it well for the next generation but buying it is a problem.second only to unemployment.

whats that suppose tommean?400 yrs. of controllled education?now that phil. is free from foreign invasion we still lack the fruits of good society and even education as basic to fruitful society.like for example india is over populated and small but they have modern jets,cars,nukes,warships,aircr­aft carriers,and we phil. cant even afford to buy our education.e have much education from our foreign bros. still we lack the brains or perhaps the good determined intention to change.
