@BravoOpsAirsoft In general, I'd have to say aimpoint, but each situation has a sight that would work best. For cqb, I'd have to say this sight.

I just got an a&k sr25, so I put a nice scope on it. I had a 6x50 illuminated scope on a pellet gun and it works great for airsoft.

@Link1816 Since Airsoft-club is in Hong Kong and doesn't sell guns, they should be able to ship gear and accessories to canada. If you're not sure, email them with some links to what you're looking at buying and ask if they can ship that to Canada.

@FlameByxis1 You can choose the sight reticle, but you cannot choose the color on this one. Airsoft-club does have a version which changes from red to green (just not this one).
