In the stages, yes. In the cutscenes, no. It doesn't even have cutscenes.

Thank you for making me hate myself for not playing my Saturn since who-knows-when and want the game more than ever.
Also, I express my sincere gratitude for making me like Draco Centauros a lot more than I previously did and making me want to show this to a friend of mine just to see his reaction for kicks.
