This game was awful. I just remember all of the terrible covers of these songs as well as the missing content, like you only had a few characters to choose from. I bought it expecting basically a sequel to Guitar Hero 2 but what I got was a day of horrid covers and disappointment.

god damnit i got it for $65 at walmart. i do like this game but i dont like this game. when you beat carrer on hard you have enough money to buy everything in the game store. yes it is an expansion pack.

What annoys me the most about this game, is that it doesn't even change the intro, band, or concert locations.

Encore 80's edtion SUCKS! It was def a big let down. There isnt enough good songs on it, they really didnt dip in2 the hairmetal as much as i thought they would. Its basicall the same graphics as GH2, no bonus song, no new guitars, no new characters, no new venues, the only thing thats different is the set list, an in my opinion it SUCKS! I hope GH3 isnt this much of a let down.

i got the game on launch date , and completed it on medium all through on first go.. working my way through hard mode now.. which isnt actually hard...

Good review, thanx for uploading. I agree witht he reviewing and as much as i love GH2 and the series in general i can wait till this one hits the bargain bin. Though my friend who owns a game store got a copy fore his store so i can allways play there.

Good review. Yeah wasn't worth the $50 i spent. Big Lars is always my favorite and he's not in it.

i LOVE guitar hero.. bought a ps2 and all the guitar games.. no other games for it.. why would i need any>?
cant wait for it to come out on the wii.. im sitting ready to buy the controllers :) 2 of course..
