Pardon me for asking, but if Olympic medals are bunk, why bother competing for them? Michelle Kwan certainly didn't go to Torino for the pasta; she wanted a gold medal, man! She wanted it so badly, she was literally ready to bust a gut to get it!

Love Michelle, hate the fact she supports Shrub, but from what I heard she has a Repug boyfriend so he probably influenced her. As much as I love her I hope she doesn't try to skate again in 2010, she won't be able to keep us with the new younger skaters and she'll try to deny one of the skaters who have trained and competed for the last 4 years a spot on the team, which this time I don't think is fair, I agreed in 2006 she should have a chance, I don't in 2010. Don't flame me, MKF, LMAO!
