just start slowly on it and let your momentum build naturally as you get more used to it. I actually filmed this video after only playing on it for a couple weeks, looks so old now! ;)

ive just started using my xpole in spinning mode. ive been used to static for a year. which do you think is a better work out and which do you enjoy more?

if you've been on static for a year, now is a great time to start spinning. A lot of the moves will be the same only you will be lifing and holding the pose instead of trying to gain momentum off the floor. They are both great workouts.

Funny. Last summer i was goofing around trying to roll down across my shoulderblades and ended up in the something like spatchcock very stuck, feeling akward, exposed and glad i was able to hold on from disaster because of my flexibility. Leigh ann was cracking up which made me crack up.. i never thought it was an acutal trick till i saw Felix do it beautifully . I might reattempt now . ; )
