@StaxeNowGoesUp did you finally found out how to play the trill and the left hand? I'm playing it now and have the same problem. Please help me if you can.
I'm learning this piece now. Your video is very helpful.
I have a couple questions for your regarding the 1st movement: (1) In measure 29, should the cresc. spread out over two measures? (2) Is it okay for RH to hold the ending note (C) for more than one beat? I am struggling with stopping the note at the first beat of the measure esp. when I play the piece at a fast tempo - I feel like it's against laws of physics to stop the RH rolling motion abruptly...
god this brings back memories... XD how i used to HATE this sonatina when i was 8! but now it makes me smile... excellent playing, thanks for posting!
I hate the pause towards the end of mvnt. 2, I don't know why it was written that way. I tend to ignore the quarter note for fluency. You play this very well.
Its a miniature sonata, a musical form that, according to textbook in the classical "Sonata Allegro" form, has three distinct parts. An Exposition that contains a Primary theme (tonic), followed by Transitionary material, followed by a Secondary Theme (dominant), and a Closing Codetta that moves the sonata into the Development where a theme is elaborated upon. The development will retransition into a Recapitulation (all tonic) restating the Primary and Secondary themes and close (tonic).
I liked it very much. I wanted to show this sonatina ono of my students and your interpretation was the best! Very clear, expressive, your piano is piano and your forte is forte! Very good... ochen xorosho!
I'm sorry but you won't be able to see me play it because I don't have a camera video. I have a problem with the part at 0:10 in your video. I have a problem playing both hands at once and keeping a consistent beat at the same time.
wow ur awesome! i have to play the whole piece soon! in june! and now i have to play the first movement in december! ahh! how do you play so well and fast?
whoa ur piano seems so small!
