Where do you learn the Goron's Lullaby?

I'm stuck and I need to find out where to learn the lullaby so that I can pass the place with the blizzard that pushes you off the cliff

You have to thaw the Goron Elder in order to learn the Lullaby Intro. Then play that part to the baby goron in the Goron Shrine and you'll learn the whole lullaby. Refer to Parts 24 and 25 of this walkthrough in order to figure out exactly how to do it.

okay, um you have to go to Romani's ranch the final day and the rock will be gone, and so you go to the building with the chickens painted on it. And so you have to have that weird bird mask so you can march and get all the babie chickens then talk to the guys with the mohawk. And then all the chickens will grow one by one. And then the guy will talk then he gives you the bunny hood.
