  • You didn't debunk a thing. What you did was say that in accordance with the rules of "critical thinking" which were not created in a vacuum, these people cannot prove their experiences. No one said "There is a God" they related their experiences and feelings. You cannot prove your experiences either, it doesn't mean they aren't your experiences. I find the irony in your use of the 'laws' of critical thinking, but obviously didn't think critically yourself. A little knowledge dangerous.

  • @MissBettieS It is a wide spread rumor that the pineal gland produces dmt. Yet, dmt has never been found in the pineal.

Just because you'e not saying something. Doesn't mean others don't. Mitch Schultz, film maker of DMT the spirit molecule, James Oroc, and countless of others do in fact say dmt will prove the existence of god for you.

I find your jumping to your own baseless conclusions and than arguing against yourself, and your personal attacks. To be nothing more than pure rhetoric. YAWN

  • about the pineal reacting to such substances. So: I'm trying to figure out if you mean to say that the pineal has NO bearing on a DMT trip? or that there's just no evidence it's produced by it? This idea might be a little tentative, but: due to the extreme nature of a DMT trip, I'm inclined to believe that the pineal does, at the least, affect what is going on during such a trip - due to its involvement with really core functions like circadian rhythms and shit. Thanks

  • I'm no neuroscientist, but even if DMT isn't produced in the pineal gland (which, from what I've read, isn't likely to be the case), it could still produce a neurological effect in it, right? I'm also not sure which receptors are activated during a trip, or if different areas of the brain react differently to different psychotropics (which I assume is the case). Now, I've no experience with DMT, but I understand it's totally different from mushies, acid, etc. and I haven't heard anything

  • @420DRo420ful The pineal gland is about the size of a grain of rice, it's in the eye family left over from our evolution as a species, and is unneeded. People that have had tumors on them and had them removed, live perfectly normal lives. One area of the brain that does light up during these states is in the frontal lobes, it's been dubbed "The God Part of The Brain" it's not as cool looking like the pineal, and doesn't have a great seat in the brain like the pineal is for mystery and art.

  • @adam9a9 may I add that not everyone has a religious experience either, some people such as joe rogan, claims he has met with alien life forms who showed him the meaning of life and the creation of the universe, and talked to a buddha like figure.

  • @BlackSugar419 Rogan got the dmt from Jan Irvin. Set and setting can often play a huge role. People see what they have been exposed to.

  • DMT is found in the pineal gland, thats actually a proven fact. The rest of your claims in the video also have no evidence, their just your opinion, just like the spirit molecule movie is based mostly in theory, so are your ideas. Burden of proof is such a dumb argument, you cant prove to me that I don't have a soul, but that doesnt prove I have one, just I like I can't prove you do have a soul, but that doesn't mean you don't. I respect your opinion, you didn't actually "debunk" anything at all

  • @BlingBIow DMT has never been found in the pineal gland, that is a fact. Even Rick Strassman knows that and stated that in the about the video section.

The burden of proof ALWAYS lies with the claim. That is taught in every critical thinking class. I didn't state any opinions of mine at all. I only stated the facts.

  • i see somebody has no soul

  • @BrainWashingSociety I see somebody has no brain

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

    0:15

    "There's no evidence that"

    people have a spirit/soul.

so i assumed you believed your teachings. And that would mean you had no soul.

  • @BrainWashingSociety I assume you BELIEVE that is wrong. Therefore you have no brain.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

I'm typing pretty well for without a brain.

  • @BrainWashingSociety I'm typing pretty well without a soul

  • A question though; Isn't it odd that nearly ALL DMT trips involve some kinda alien like beings? I mean, I've done strong shrooms that caused me to see a leprechaun and even talk to a fly about Clinton for three hours. But no alien commonality, in fact, little commonality in those trips at all. DMT trips are specific and while parts are unique, there also kinda described all the same. That's beyond coincidence or strange. That's, I dunno, but it's something.

  • @SGTRandyB I've only done it twice, but have never seen aliens in my trips. set and setting, sometimes people will see what they want to, or perhaps what they recently been exposed to, or something in the past triggered it, who knows. I've seen people have a beautiful trip, and 20 minutes later have a dark scary one. you just never know. I'd say the most common thing is revisiting childhood moments, which are all different for each person.

  • I wouldn't really say you "debunked" anything. The spirit molecule documentary does not assert the existence of god. Individuals may have claimed something close during questioning in it, but no assertion of god that I recall. Also, while your right, there is no evidence the brain makes DMT, but there is good reasons to suspect so. Also, it is VERY likely the brains production of DMT could be responsible for dreaming. But god or souls? Haha, agreed there.

  • @SGTRandyB Yeah this doesn't debunk the book at all. Only false rumors one sees on the internet, i suspect partly, or greatly, do to Joe Rogan's talk on DMT and the pineal.

The god stuff is aimed at Mitch Shultz the film director of spirit molecule. He had told me that he would bet that if Stephan Hawking tried DMT he would believe in god. which is a silly thing to say. and he's not alone, many think it will cause that effect. and for some it may. but not all throw away logic bec of a drug trip

  • Have you tried dmt? How many times? Thanks,

  • @waylonjenninz yes, twice. 15 years ago

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

    why is evidence important? thanks.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

(i just found out about dmt last night and find the description of the trips so interesting and there is so much commonality among the description one could assume the trips are obviously are real 'evident')

just wondering what you are debunking and why? kind regards,

  • @waylonjenninz It's good for living childhood trauma, problems, unanswered things, nightmares, etc with your now adult mind. There is great theoretical value. There really isnt getting around revisiting our dreams, no matter how hard a shaman tries and sets one up to have their desired trip, often in a religious context. People like Rick Doblin of MAPS have found therapeutic value on his patients, void of the religious contexts

A lot is disinformation be spread. Read the about the video section.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

with respect, please let me ask one more question - you say "Hallucinating on drugs doesn't prove anything" - have people claimed their dmt hallucination prove something? if so, what are they claiming it proves? god? i have read a number of accounts of the trips but I haven't come across many if any claims of proof about anything if i remember correctly. thanks again,

  • @waylonjenninz James Oroc claims it. So does Mitch Shultz. and others as well. but those two are in the mix so to speak

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

    thanks and all the best.

  • @waylonjenninz No problem. Take care

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

I'll stop bothering you now but just wanted to ask - why is it important to note that there is no evidence that it comes from the pineal gland? ie. is the experience itself not what is most important?

also - does 'read about the video section' mean read the description under the video? thank you for the responses. best,

  • @waylonjenninz It's important to be an honest person. Truth is important.

    yes

  • @waylonjenninz yeah please excuse my typing errors. I meant read the about the video section. which is under the video.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

may i ask, how old were you when you tried it? just curious.

    kind regards,

  • @waylonjenninz 22 years old

  • yes, indeed. On that note, how do you justify to yourself insulting those who are merely speculating as you are?

  • @jm112012 because people, like you, are very annoying.

  • @jm112012 I'm not speculating anything at all. The videos states "There's no evidence that the pineal gland produces DMT"

That is NOT speculation, it is a FACT, one that you even agree with. now seriously fuck off

  • lol it hasn't been proven to not exist in the active brain. therefore, your point of view is no less speculation than the contrary

  • @jm112012 The burden of proof always lies with the claim. You're not even claiming DMT is produce by the pineal gland. The videos states "There's no evidence that the pineal gland produces DMT"

That is true. You know it is true. And yet you are wasting my time with nonsense, why?

  • Lack of evidence that something exists does not disprove it's existence

  • @jm112012 You are missing the point. It's okay to speculate. It's not okay to say something is true, when it has never been proven to be true. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?

  • Also, as more "speculative evidence" of possible effects, though not necessarily of DMT alone or at all, are the possible hallucinogenic side effects of SSRIs, especially with overdose. It can very well support the theory (yes, I admit it is just a theory) seeing as those with brains which already produce "healthy" amounts of serotonin may be having their metabolical capabilities hindered or slowed, thus producing hallucinations from the byproducts hence found in abundance.

  • I have seen no direct evidence of DMT in the brain; however, it has been found in cerebrospinal fluid of every subject tested, which our cerebrospinal fluid SURROUNDS our brain. They have not found direct evidence within brain tissue, but it is most definitely a byproduct of serotonin metabolization, and our brains most definitely metabolize serotonin.

Gravity, itself, has not been physically proven, but is understood to exist.

  • @jm112012 Meaning that there is no physical embodiment, merely physical effects.

  • @jm112012 Sure, but we're talking extremely small amounts. Which is not the point in the video anyway. As you probably know it's a wide spread rumor that the pineal gland produces and or secretes DMT. This is not true. This video is also not about gravity. So please spare us the distractions, thanks!

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt It has not been proven NOR disproven, guy. So you cannot call it false.

  • @jm112012 To do so is ignorant, and that was my main point. Good day.

  • @jm112012 You have no points at all. Pure rhetoric distractions.

  • @jm112012 When something has not be proven, guy, then one cannot say it is true. The video description CLEARLY says it is speculated that it may, but as of right now no one has found any evidence. So it is not true. Maybe someday someone will find it there. bit that day has not yet come.

  • I love this guy, he leaves a furious reply to anything commented :)

  • @MrMaxQuack Yes, my comments are predictable. when people are serious, i treat them serious. when people are assholes, I treat them how they treat others, and so on. It's a pretty normal thing to do. Treat others how they wish to be treated as is reflected in how they treat people. :)

  • @Kloudx13 worry about what YOU do. I'm doing just fine, and will never need any luck from the likes of a negativity ego freak like your stupid ass. get lost. stop trying to annoy people with utter nonsense. boring ass mother fucker. you need help. i feel sorry for you.

  • All of this is stated in the book, DMT: The spirit molecule.... So, your debunking a book that doesn't state any of this as fact, by saying it isn't fact, like the book does.... well done!

  • @MrMaxQuack You're wrong. No where in the book does it say there is no evidence that a god could, would, or should exist. No where in the book does it say there's nothing that even remotely suggest we have a soul/spirit. It does however say dmt is not found in the brain or pineal gland, which is a very popular internet rumor. and that part is addressing the false internet rumor. You did read the about the video section before leaving a comment, right? hahahaha of course you didn't. well done!!!!

  • they dont know if dmt is made by the pineal gland but it is found in the blood for sure. and it depends on what you mean by a god, a individual god like the bible, hell no, but their is indeed a "source of all things" that psychedelics definately put you into contact with.

  • @jas7fc It's found in the lungs. but not the brain. I've felt the presence of something, talked to spirit guides, who even once showed me god. it was everything, but it wasn't. hard to explain. but the reason it's called a hallucination, is because it is. There's even an area in our brain that has been identified as causing this feeling/belief in a god, a whole, a source, a continuation, spirit, etc Its been dubbed "The God Part Of The Brain" look it up.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt DMT is found in the blood and the brain. The brain actively transports it through the blood-brain barrier into the brain.

  • @Saiko1Mania That's not true. Read the about the video section, follow the links.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt yes i know about that, but the people describe a god similar to a christian god. the real god is beyond any conceptualization or description. religion is very silly, but the idea that the universe is nothing but dumb blind energy and an accident is equally silly. the way i see it, with the normal neurotransmitters in your brain you get x, with dmt in the brain you get y. so how is x anymore "real" than the y?

  • @jas7fc It doesn't matter what you're opinion on silly is. That is meaningless. And not evidence of anything at all.

DMT is not found in the brain. You have to take it from an outer source. But be careful, because it effects people differently. and not always in a good way.

  • @hughcronic LOL. I'm a piece of work? You're making physical threats, how typical! And regurgitating known disinformation. DMT has NOT been found in the brain. But you refuse to be wrong, with your ego problem. So you resort to threats and personal insults. Which both are meaningless and laughable. Pure rhetoric, a distraction. I feel sorry for you and everyone that comes in contact with you. You ignorant naive little wanna be trend follower. buh bye

  • @JD98SharpShooter LMFAO you have no videos at all you freeloading youtube welfare baby complete waste of time. Must be tough never having enough time to contribute, to busy conforming to the status quo and to stupid to think for yourself. This is why you have no argument whatsoever. ba ba ba BORING

  • @Kloudx13 LOL @ freeloaders that never contribute. yet, always have the biggest mouths so quick to judge! while they do NOTHING!

I use logic, you ought to try it sometime!

The burden of proof always lies with the claim. If you "believe" those claims. You have the burden of proof to prove them. You cannot do this, no one ever as. So you resort to childish nonsense waste of time crap. get lost!

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt again with the names and insults, showing a lack of you being able to improve your said argument LOL anyhow everyone else clearly has the same opinions when it comes to your blatant childish behavior in regards to debating with someone,.and by the way, you said in one of your responses about assuming things about other people when you haven't met them..so please don't try and assume any aspect of my life. however this debate is as pointless as this video was...G L I L

  • @Kloudx13 If you continue to waste my time with childish nonsense I will treat you how you clearly wish to be treated. This is why you act up, and make no arguments whatsoever. yes, it's fucking irritating. GO AWAY

  • @GloryLizard LOL @ YOU WITH YOUR YOUTUBE WELFARE BABY FAKE ACCOUNT

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt Youtube welfare baby fake account? HAHAHAAHAHA

  • @Molumba The reference is in the about the video section. Maybe if you were not equal to a ten yr old you might have read that first!

If you want to say it's a fact that there is a god, or a soul/spirit. You'd be lying. bec no one has ever proven that. And the burden of proof lies with the claim. You're going to have to do better than a 10 yr old's comment!

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt ha your such a fool, when did i say i believed in god?? your a just simple closed minded tit who thinks hes smart and and likes playing devils avocate....its just a shit video, sorry mate the burden of proof lies with the opinions of the majority of people who have watched this so called debunking.. dumb fuck haha

  • @Molumba Awe poor little cry baby has no argument whatsoever. Boo hoo for you, cry me a river retard. You can leave now and have fun with your group think. Mr. stuck in the box of cultural trends. YAWN

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt just because something is intangible des not make it a hallucination an you gave no evidence to back up any of your claims, try ayahuasca or dmt and read the spirt molecule and watch jesus was a mushroom, also look u terrence mckenna and stop making yourself look like a moron pubicly

  • why don't you do some DMT and then you'll find your answers, your God, and many more questions. Also, tryptophan is not the same thing as tryptamine, much less dimethyltryptamine, and yes scientists have ripped apart human pineal glands and with a chemical assay have found trace amounts of this seemingly ordinary molecule in it.

  • @negutron do me a favor. Don't assume thing's about strangers you do not know. and don't make up lies about doctors.

I've done it twice, 15 years ago.

and there is no evidence that the pineal gland produces dmt. Try reading the about the video section. thanks!

  • Smoke DMT, then you may post these.

  • @pumitaproductions I already have. I suggest you try it to. and be sure and watch everyone else before you do. bec it's hella funny

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt You did it after you made this video right?

  • @pumitaproductions I done it 15 years ago, twice.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt then why would you make a video like this ? unless you were joking of course

  • @pumitaproductions It's a comedy video. absolutely. However, it's also very correct. You did read the about the video section, right?

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt I did now. I don't understand why you believe this to be "correct". I mean the first time I did LSD, I realized that evidence is meaningless. This is my world, and I can make a meaning of it if I want to. Doesn't matter what scientists say is or isn't true or false. Evidence applies to physical things, and I'm not a physical thing.... you didn't have that realization? It doesn't matter if DMT is produced in the brain, it's irrelevant. The proof is in the pudding.Dontyoufind

  • @pumitaproductions Every single one of us has an area in our frontal lobes that is responsible for causing us to have these feelings of a continuation, connected to the whole/source, a spirit/soul. Feelings of not alone, god, and so on. They can be intensified with entheogens, or meditation. And also by putting on "the god helmet" (a magnetic field) Look up "The God Part Of The Brain" "God on The Brain" "Neurotheology This is your brain on religion" and of course "Neurotheology" it's self

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt I'm taking Neuroscience at Uni, I'm familiar with the God Helmet and neuroscience. It's still simply science though. Just because there so happens to be a correlation between frontal lobe activity and feelings of divinity, doesn't take away from the genuinity of the experience from a subjective perspective.

  • @pumitaproductions There's nothing wrong with the experiences, or the comfort in what our brains provide for us. In fact it was crucial to evolution & becoming consciously aware of ourselves, our death, the death of loved ones, and just how fragile life really is We physically evolved an area in the brain that allows us to not been stricken down with fear, or grief, to the point of being helpless. Rick Doblin & MAPS have been doing great work with entheos with PTSD patients. There are benefits

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt That's a hell of a worldview you have. I would have shared it with you a few years ago. Do you also believe that everything is fundamentally atoms and electrons?

  • @pumitaproductions I try not to have beliefs.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt You believe a lot of things from what I've read. You believe that consciousness is in the brain, you believe neither souls nor God exists. You believe that all divine moments are simply illusions created in the brain.

  • @pumitaproductions Not quite. Those are your cultural induced beliefs. And you have no evidence whatsoever that supports them. Not only that but your beliefs remove responsibility and value from life.

  • Wow, I just read through the comments on this page and you are just a raging tool who completely fails to see the glaring contradictions in their faulty logic. Acting very rash and reactionary to the concept of god, probably because you harbor some wound regarding religion. Religion is a form of control. Atheism is your religion and you spew it as blindly as an evangelical christian. Face it, dude. You don't know if there is a god or not.

  • @geoffstockton When I deal with asshole like YOU that refuse to debate the topics, and only make personal attacks about a stranger on the internet like YOU do. I get a little irritating at such crap fucking garbage waste of time gobbledygook. There is an area in our brains that has been dubbed "The God Part of The Brain" it is responsible for the beliefs. Look it up and educate yourself. And stop trying to fluff up your fragile ego with pure rhetoric. Thanks!

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt I guess I'd like to see you educated as well: Go to armageddonconspiracy.co.uk and skip the political parts (that are still rather interesting) and find the menu on the bottom left. Certainly you'll find a lot of info on god/s, brain, physics, metaphysics, math, spirit/soul, philosophy, religion, logic, dimensions, etc. Have a nice reading! You're welcome :)

Oh, and I've never done DMT or such. I'm just saying you lack rational thinking and synthesis on your arguments!

  • @filipealonso2 Thanks, but I'm not interested any any links coming from someone that has no debating skills in the trivium. and Oh I've tried dmt and several other entheogens as well. I suggest you do the same so at least you can have a little understanding of them.

  • Where is your proof to the contrary, in order to "debunk"? This is the most retardedly non-scientific "debunk" vid I've ever seen.

  • @geoffstockton You can't really be that stupid, can you? The burden of proof always lies with the claim. No one has ever proven there is a god, or we have souls/spirits. If you claim we do, prove it then. Also, you should always read the about the video section, before leaving asinine pointless fallacious comments, retard.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt Guess what, genius. Saying that there is no God is every bit as much a claim as saying there is one. So if you wanna make big bombastic claims that God doesn't exist, pony up some proof. I'm an agnostic for a reason: I can't prove or DISPROVE the existence of god or whatever other higher intelligence. You're the one with the dogma, not me. Your dogma is that of modern consumer level science which is a facade. That IS provable.

  • @geoffstockton No one has proven that god exist. It's not my job to disprove something that has never been proven. If you want to suggest a reason why there might be a god. Then do so, and I will counter the argument.

Your logic is equal to me saying in a galaxy that hasn't been discovered yet, there exist a planet of unicorns that are all gods that control our thoughts. Since you cannot DISPROVE that, the it might be true! LOL

  • Attempting to rationalize a DMT experience is about 1/3 of what makes the experience so beautiful. You've completely disregarded the other 2/3 of it. I don't know if you've ever taken a psychedelic before, but I don't see them as "a connection to god." They allow you to deconstruct your being, evaluate your values, and find answers within yourself in an objective way. And then you come back to reality, where you can sit back and love existence. That's the "spiritual" part of it.

  • @SchizoManatee Exactly. I kind of mentioned that in the comments. saying sometimes we relive childhood moments with our now adult minds. Many have great therapeutic value, in my opinion.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt The negative comments really confuse me. Are they adamantly religious drug users or something? I would laugh so hard if that were the reason for all the dislikes.

  • @SchizoManatee It appears many do believe in the religious type of ideologies, but not so much organised religions. Along with the many rumors surrounding the pineal gland and dmt. I try and ask them to read the about the video section. That it's not as bad as I may be coming off. Like Strassman says it would tie up a lot of loose ends if one day dmt is found in the brain. Just that so far it has not been found there. I also cannot stress enough to look up "The God Part of The Brain"

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt You, sir, are a respectable thinking man. Honestly, if I were you, I would clarify this video some more and re-upload it. Of course, that's your choice entirely. Good vibes, man. :3

  • @SchizoManatee That's a very good idea. I think i will do that. thanks. :)

  • @caitiejim Do you only make personal attacks, and never a legitimate argument? Personal experience, life experience, direct experience, are all ego code for I'm correct no matter what and I never have to prove anything at all. GO AWAY YOU ARE BORING ME WITH YOU IGNORANT BABBLING

  • @caitiejim yes one can learn from both bad and good experiences Everyone knows that. I agree it's not actually the drugs themselves, either within the chemical makeup of our bodies that allow us to have emotions, to think, to rationalize, to dream, to be. Or from an outer source. It's the area in the frontal lobes. The area you are refusing to look into, and therefore have little understanding in why you believe what you do. Which only goes to show that being naive is bliss and "divine" for you

  • if haven't tried it for your self ... there is no room for your opinion . i know that ive been shown a dimension of information that i simply cannot articulate . im certain that its not just the substance that creates this experience. its withing you and us all . your third eye . what i can articulate is that we are all One , we do have souls that leave our bodies . and there are only two spectrum's of emotion . Fear and Love

  • @caitiejim I've done it twice. I suggest you try it to. It's not what you think it is.

People have had their pineal gland removed bec of tumors. and they live perfectly normal lives. watch the video response, to understand why you think what you do. and please stop regurgitating bs you read online somewhere. thanks!

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt i have tried it.so talking from personal experience . and i've also had many wonderful experiences with out the use of substances that were so enlightening that they changed my life. I'm not "Regurgitating BS" that i've read online as "you" would say .

And Sorry but what does having your pineal gland removed and living normal lives have relevancy to this topic?

-"Nothing even remotely suggests there Could , would or should be a god ." <--that's statement is absurd .

  • @caitiejim It can be a great therapeutic experience. absolutely. But not always. It really depends. I've had deep profound experiences reliving childhood events with my now adult mind. Helps to resolve things. There are benefits. Like for the terminally ill. Because when "the god part of the brain" goes into action, like it does with meditation as well, or sometimes with those that have frontal lobe epilepsy. No doubt the communication with others that takes place,

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt temporal lobe epilepsy not frontal

  • @Interactivesystems yes, you're right. It's a mistake i make often. Do you have it yourself? If so, are you one of the few that have had religious visions from it, and did you ever wonder why? There is an answer!

  • @caitiejim along with the god part of our brain that gives each and everyone of us the sense of a continuation, connected to the whole, god, etc For many, inducing this part of the brain removes the fear of death. We evolved this area in our brain, dubbed the god part of the brain. To be able to cope with fear of death.

  • @caitiejim The pineal gland is the 3rd eye, it's actually in the eye family. It's about the size of a grain of rice. It doesn't produce DMT. There's no evidence for DMT in our brains. No one has found it there, as of yet. It reacts to light. Sure. But what i am getting at, is there's more evidence demonstrating that the frontal lobe is causing you to feel connected as part of the one/whole. Not the third eye pineal gland.

  • @caitiejim There is nothing that suggest there could be a god. It's absurd of you to say that isn't true, without demonstrating anything at all. You have the burden of proof. Now prove god is real in a youtube comment LOL

  • In my opinion, people see what they want to see but don't realize it at the time. The images one sees/thinks/creates during such an experience do not come out of thin air, they are already in you brain.

  • Although it's fun to debate, we should all just wait. As with many (if not all) current science experiments, it will take time to figure this out. Since I'm not a neuroscientist (and it doesn't seem any of you are either) this is one I will be watching progress through the news and scientific journals. Not erowid and other questionable sources. The only thing I've found so far is that some scientists/phycologists have done studies linking DMT with the sigma-1 receptor.

  • When you've seen the whole and united with the omniverse you don't need evidence. That's far beyond evidence. You laugh at the idea of evidence hahahaha :)

  • @IngolfurArnar I suggest you actually try it yourself. and not regurgitate online garbage said by fools that have no understanding in "Neurotheology" aka "The God Part Of The Brain" please educate yourself on these matters. Thank you!

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt

What is conciousness? No matter how much knowledge you have in neurotheology you can not answer that question.

Show a 5 year old boy a photo of a sexy woman and he just sees a woman.

Give a young soul dmt and he just sees colors.

You need to be spiritually mature to get it.

  • @IngolfurArnar You cant even spell consciousness. LOL Anything that we are aware of at any given moment forms our consciousness makeup. It's experiencing life while being aware of life and it's experiences. There's no evidence that consciousness exist outside of our bodies. What you said about giving a young soul dmt and they will only see colors. Is not true. You must stop repeating untrue internet rumors. If you continue to refuse to do the homework, you will never "get it"

  • This is a total crock of shit made by some religious fanatic. I have taken DMT, and it is very similar to after death experiences, and it is also proven that the only time anyone could experience and remember DMT is at a near death experience because it is flooded into the brain. Anyone that has ever taken DMT knows that seconds feel like thousands of years, and nearly timeless. See that HUGE spike of brain activity in the video, that is the second of the DMT flush and NDE. Case closed fake MD.

  • @OneLoveSmile You're an idiot. I've done it twice, and I'm a atheist. Which doesn't have anything to do with the actual topics. Just like your comment has nothing to do with the actual topics. Address the actual topics, or just shut the fuck up!

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt Can't understand your comment, because your lack of education has impaired you from communicating effectively. Watch who you call grade school names, have you not heard the stories about people that talk nonsense shit on youtube and then... never mind. My case was made, and obviously I am correct. The topic is that DMT causes NDEs, these dolts make no real case, and I can make a better case in about 600 characters. Sorry you can't understand Mr. Special. Throw up on yaself!

  • @OneLoveSmile Are you threatening me little boy? Mr internet tough guy, Mr angry man, with the negative vibe and the fragile ego to match!

Your topic is that DMT and near death experiences are alike. And sometimes they are, I fully agree with that. But that is not what the video is about. Retard troll.

btw, DMT is not present during a near death experience. Unless one takes it from an outer source. You know this already because you read the about the video description LOLS!

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt "we don't know whether DMT rises during dreams, meditation, near-death, death, birth or any other endogenous altered state." - Rick Strassman (Author of DMT The Spirit Molecue)

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt You may need to put it in bold or caps for him. I've done it many many (a lot) times and have poured over research progressively since my first experience. Simply put by Strassman, "We don't know... ." Which still means it could. Mr. Special should keep reading, however that seems apparently hard for you.

  • @zxvq623 Yeah no shit. and yes you're right, it could be there. but unfortunately no one has found it in the brain or pineal, yet. It's not even that big of a deal that teh popular rumor that it is, is untrue. Since our mind is full of many other powerful drugs.

I never drank the tea, I smoked 5-meo which is a lot more powerful, scary stuff, done it 15 yrs ago.

  • i m glad i dint see this before enlightenment ,,.

  • @genanigaurav You might want to understand what enlightenment is. why we feel/think it.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt i return from the beginning of the creation, my crafty will is what has put u in the illusion .. understand this and you will be free , i stop here

  • @genanigaurav You have no understanding whatsoever in why you experienced what you did. IF you even did and are not another dime a dozen trendy fuck jumping someone ele's train. We can clearly see you have a fragile ego problem. So I'm going with you have not. and you are a fake. But even if you did, without an understanding in Neurotheology, you will always remain a clueless idiot in the box of a chained mind. Not free at all. a product of culture thought, and nothing more.

  • spirit/soul = consciousness.... debunk debunked.

  • @maydaymosley consciousness = brain. No brain, no consciousness. debunked

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt show me where it is proven that consciousness is a creation of brain function. light/colors are experiences in consciousness not in the brain. brain deals with electrical impulses and bio chemical responses. But there is no color or light in the brain. how ever you see light and color. Everything you experience is an experience in consciousness. DR. Strassman said DMT was not proven to be produced in pineal. the origin of consciousness has not been proven either.

  • @maydaymosley You prove that consciousness can exist outside of the body. Personally I'm a fan of "the stoned ape theory" Keeping in mind that liking a theory is not the same as suggesting it is any sort of proof. I don't set my opinions in stone. Do you? Is your "mind" already mind up? If so, you have the burden of proof, not I.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt This something you have to find for yourself. Self realization. But ill point you in the right direction. The double slit experiment shows that it is consciousness that collapses the wave function, (non physical/possibility) into physical reality we experience. -mind is before matter- everything you experience the computer, tv, car, all existed non physically as ideas in consciousness BEFORE they are manifested in reality. U r more than the flesh you inhabit.

  • @maydaymosley I familiar with it. I also know that "the mere act of viewing them (particles) radically changes their behavior. That if you cannot measure the precise speed and position of a particle, then you only have a universe of probabilities. It's also impossible to trick a particle into becoming a wave. For lack of a better term, they seem to read our thoughts, emotions. and so on. Energy creates matter. Energy is before mind and matter. All energy (and matter) dissipates in time.

  • @maydaymosley look up these: "Neurotheology", "Neurotheology: This is your brain on religion", "God on the brain (goodle video BBC)", and "The God Part of The Brain" (Matthew Alper)

So you can begin to understand why you "believe" what you do.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt i said nothing about religion or God. But i will watch the videos non the less. Energy/Matter cannot be created or destroyed it just changes/transitions. conservation of energy basic stuffs. Also you seem to have a grasp on the experiment but not the implications. We do live in a universe of probabilities/possibilities. The non physical U is collapsing the wave of possibility into the reality you choose to believe. Some know this and use it to great advantage.

  • @maydaymosley I said nothing about god or religion either. Your beliefs, however, of a continuation after death, choose your own reality, and so. Fall in the very same category Neurotheology. Energy creates matter, fact. All energy eventually dies up and dissipates, fact. Just because something "could" be possible according to math calculations, doesn't necessarily mean it is plausible. Exmp: There is a possibility of 11 dimensions on paper. In reality there is no evidence of other dimensions.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt Ok first of all...The Law of Conservation of Energy clearly states. MATTER/ENERGY CANNOT BE CREATED OR DESTROYED. It is the first law of thermodynamics. There is no need continuing if do not know basics. Second of all, i cannot help it if you do not realize that the reality that you are experiencing now is based off of previous choices that YOU made. U r creating reality. And third, ideas exist non physically in another place or dimension different than gross physicality.

  • @maydaymosley LOL, you seriously need to upgrade your regurgitated crap science. Energy creates matter. what the hell do you think matter is???? look inside of an atom. millions of particles (energy) are moving around. DUH. Eventually all energy gets used up. I'm talking about such long periods of time, that it;s really impossible to imagine how long. Energy matter goes threw many many many changes. but eventually the entire universe will become nothing. it dissipates.

  • @maydaymosley I agree it's pointless to talk to you. You have preconceived cultural force fed opinions. GET OUT OF THE BOX! buh bye (conversation is over, jerk off prick!)

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt I watched it. interesting video. I think humans are done evolving physically on this planet (at least naturaly), that I agree with. But physicality is not what matters. We are not done evolving mentally, (non physically) It is this non physical evolution that provides us the means of comfort and further growth. There is a realm of possibility, ideas, dreams ect... Our consciousness pulls these non physical idea and manifest them in physical form.

  • @maydaymosley Yes, are brains are quite remarkable, always learning, dreaming, thinking, growing, evolving. But again, there is no evidence that consciousness (dreams/ideas) exist outside of our mind. Our thoughts effect our environment. But this is not carried out by us. We live in a sea of particles, and all kinds of stuff. Even in the finest nano level exist evolution/competition for survival. Nothing last forever, everything is changing. The belief that one will carry on, removes responsibly

  • your right on all your points. but you're movie sucks. also it doesn't show that we can't benefit in some way from the experience.

  • @Hurley1340 watch your own video if you want to see a suck ass piece of garbage LOL

This video is only 30 seconds. How much did you think it was going to get into? huh retard?

  • While it may be true that we don't know whether DMT is produced in the pineal gland, we do know DMT exists in the human body. We also know there's a correlation between DMT and altered states of reality, what many people call spirituality.

  • @a0eoj DMT is not present during near death experiences, dreams, births, deaths, etc The only time DMT is found during an altered state, is if someone takes DMT from an outer source.

We also know that spirituality is associated with the frontal lobes. dubbed "the god part of the brain" not the pineal gland. which is the size of a grain of rice, and people that have had it removed because of tumors, live perfectly normal lives.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt As an atheist, I'm not disputing that there is no god or soul, or that spirituality is associated with the frontal lobes. Furthermore, I also realize it's merely unproven conjecture that DMT is produced by the pineal gland; however, this hypothesis is derived from the fact that the largest amount of naturally-occurring DMT in humans is found in cerebral-spinal fluid. You said, "DMT is not present during near death experiences [and] dreams," but isn't DMT always present?

  • @a0eoj Your big toe is always present to. so are finger nails. maybe we should smoke them both LOL

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt When you said, "people that have had IT removed because of tumors, live perfectly normal lives," is IT referring to the pineal gland or frontal lobes? I've heard there's a correlation between lobotomies and a lack of religiosity. Are you familiar with any studies demonstrating a correlation or lack thereof between surgically-removed pineal glands and a lack of religiosity?

  • @a0eoj Read the about the video description.

  • @DecentralizedByGuilt It appears you were in fact referring to the pineal gland, but just saying, people who have had their pineal gland surgically removed live pretty normal lives, also leaves plenty of room for interpretation. Since the typical "normal person" also tends to be religious, does that mean surgically-removing the pineal gland does NOT remove the tendency to be religious? If so, that would be strong evidence that the pineal gland is NOT necessary for spiritual experiences.

  • @a0eoj Exactly :)

Now, if interested. look up these: "Neurotheology", "Neurotheology: This is your brain on religion", "God on the brain (goodle video BBC)", and "The God Part of The Brain" (Matthew Alper)

  • @a0eoj oh, and of course "The God Helmet"

  • It is like a finger pointing away to the moon...

DON'T FOCUS ON THE FINGER OR YOU WILL MISS ALL OF THE MOON'S GLORY...

    TRY THE FOOKING SHIT MAN!!!!

I believe you will see things differently after you come back.

All the very best to you...

  • @ghostfleye Thanks, but I already have. twice. It's not what you think it is. Try it, and see for yourself. Good luck.

  • @ghostfleye TONGAN NINJA!
