Thank you for posting this! I know your focus is business, but everyone could learn from this. I have a small website with a lot of my ramblings about the environment and other issues, all based on my personal experiences. Reusable water bottles beat plastic, hands down. A lot of stores have machines to fill large jugs. Fill small reusable bottles with large reusable jugs. It's better all the way around. I was able to cut trash out-go in half by being more careful about what comes into our home.
