Don't get me wrong... I absolutely love Halo, all the way back to the original. But am I the only one who notices that there's almost no hype for Halo 4? Even Halo 3 was quite hyped even at the first official mention of it's name.

I mean sure, it's largely in due part to the huge cliff hanger Halo 2 left us, but unless Halo 4 can prove it can expand on the Halo universe... I dunno how well it's going to do. My first guess, is more depth on the story surrounding the forerunners. Eh?

Games are producing graphics that the consoles can no longer keep up with, at least not without putting too much hard drive space over to it. So there's the expectation that the next generation console will be announced/out within the next year or so.

And the E3 trailer is the very first trailer. It doesn't mean they have to use 360 for the end product if there's a new console.
