  • Harley making an airplane! That's some funny shit. Don't stand outside, you'll get dripped on!

  • Doughboy... Honda America did not go belly up. Honda's Ohio Motorcycle Plant was converted to build car parts... why because automotive out sells motorcycles almost 25 to 1....And Honda still has the South Carolina plant and Calfornia R&D for motorcycles and many other automotive plants in the USA...Plus American Honda Motor employes more Americans than Harley... Boy I'm glad my F150 does not shake, leak oil, and more like the HD. Imagine if HD made a car...hmmm or a plane

  • Talk up Harley all you want. I just sold mine to buy a Honda. I got tired of laying down good money for HD chrome to see made in China on the tag. I trust Japanese quality way more than Chinese. American Iron my A**!

  • Honda-America went belly up and now Hondas are only made in japan. That is due to Harley Davidson being much more superior in quality. Quality is what Americans want and that is why Harley Davidson is the most popular motorcycle in America. Japanese want Harley Davidsons also and pay almost double what they are sold for here. If the Japanese think Harleys are so great than don't you feel stupid for owning a Honda?

  • wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/12/05/honda-recalls-126000-gold-wing-motorcycles-for-rear-brake-system-flaw/

  • Did you know that Harley Davidson is so popular in japan that they pay almost double for one than here in the USA?

Yes, no kidding. They don't even want those goldwings.

  • @doughboy984 Shitty used and torn shoes are also popular among japanese. Why mention that japanese like HD? Popular doesn't equal quality.

  • I wouldin't be too quick to blame a mechanic. Look at what is burning here. You have a goldwing and that means increased vibrations at high rpm's due to no motor mounts like you will find in a Harley Davidson. This can create all kinds of stress on an engine. Now let's look at the engine, a horizontilly opposed boxer style that must rideline way too high for it's torqueband unlike a Harley Davidson.

So it's not surprising that you can have one of these oriental barbeques.

  • @doughboy984

Are you mad? A Harley Davidson hasn´t vibrations and a Goldwing yes? JAJAJAJA... No engine mounts? Do you know something about motorbikes? Is Mr. Harley paying your salary? Please don´t confuse people with fakes.

  • @sneyky Just speaking the facts. Japanese motorcycles cannot compete with Harley Davidson. Honda America went belly up and they build them in japan only now. Harley Davidson quality is the reason for that. That is why Harley Davidson is the most popular motorcycle in America.

  • This happens alot with these japanese bikes. Harley Davidson is the most popular bike in America.

  • @doughboy984

BAHAHA! This almost NEVER happens with Japanese bikes, unless the mechanic screws up badly. This DOES happen a lot with Hardleys, though.

  • exactly what happened to me with a volks I had The insurance co went after the garage and nailed them for the full cost!!!!

  • Let's bow our heads in a moment of silence. Then let's get with rider and visit the mechanic's shop and get their insurance to pay for the loss. My brother had problems with his bike and the shop bought him a one year newer and upgraded version to keep up their reputation!

  • oh my god!!

  • Think I'd find a different mechanic.

  • GhostRider?

  • I would've cried :'(

  • OMG, I'm going to have nightmares now worrying about my '08. I can't imagine how terrible that felt watching his baby go up in flames like that.

  • heartbreaking!

  • Ah man what a piss off that must of been.
