My question....Why did you not go and look to see what it is. it was obviously behind the trees. We would have the answer! I know being in your home makes you feel safe but your house won't protect you from something that loud and big.

this happens here where i live, right after these planes fly by, it starts getting cloudy the next day, like a fog, then after about 12 hours from that, it starts to thunder in the sky, its a strange color and strange things seem to happen during the time.. it can even start raining... i even seen gulf ball size hail happen as well.
I live in Astoria Queens, NY. And every once in a while we hear something similar to this. It's all around us and we can't figure out what it is. We hear it mainly in the middle of the night when all is calm here.
My guess in this case would just be thunder. We had a storm here last summer and it had a similar sound. Another thing that it sounds like is the distant roar of an afterburning jet engine (fighter jets). Regardless, just started hearing about all these sounds and its got me interested.

Since I was a child I noticed that if there are trees in a line and empty space on both sides, wind (even not strong) can cause certain noise when passing through the trees. The same goes with poles and even houses at certain angles. In a big city, all sorts of sound effects occur at certain angle and speed but not at other conditions. C'mon...that is it ! ! People have no common sense anymore..visit a farm for God's sake...hear the wind
@tonatep Check out some other videos about this strange noise from all over the world. They don't all sound like wind going through trees or buildings, etc. Some of them sound like a huge drum or something and others sound like a really deep horn sound. I've lived in the country and the city, and heard all kinds of wind noises. Nothing I've ever heard was like this or the other videos I've watched. Something weird is going on.

I have just heard this noise in Brittany,France.It is not the first time I have heard it here and as it is under cloud cover you cannot see anything.It lingers above like thunder and is didturbing and unusual.It is exactly like this noise.I had formed the opinion that some aircraft was being tested as it is a very rural area.It must be enormous.It also resembles thunder or a strong storm blowing up.I was so concerned I searched and landed on this video.You just get the feeking its not right.

@3nf1n1t3Cha05 Agreed. They're invisible to the human eye, but they didn't worry about sound cloaking, assuming it would be easily passed off as thunder. The highs and lows don't vary too quickly, indicating these are motherships passing by us, not merely small UFOs. Meaning that we're getting near (or something is getting near us) that would have to be large enough to contain a spaceport to house ships of this size. Is that what Nibiru is? Maybe we'll find out around 12/21/12.

Saturday, 21st of January 2012, around dusk, we heard a similar sound. The noise came out of nowhere. It sounded as if a huge airplane was flying too low to the ground. We actually braced ourselves expecting to hear it crash. When the sound continued, we noticed it wasn't coming from any direction in particular, just all around us. It was so eerie and uncomfortable. It didn't fade, it just stopped. I don't even like talking about it now. Makes me uneasy.
My first thought was it might be a rocket engine test, but then, that wouldn't explain why it sounds like it's getting closer. The only things you can compare it to are other things that make similar noises, like a jet engine. It's the sound of large volumes of air moving through a tube or vortex....as if huge volumes of air were being sucked into a low pressure area.

Just a thought guys. I recently watched a documentary on how UFO sightings have been linked to the supposed flights of spy planes. One of the latest spy planes, 'The Aurora', can travel up to mach 6 using pulse detonation. What if these sounds are related to it? Something that is moving at that speed through the atmosphere is bound to have an effect that travels a fair old way. like I say, just a thought to me that seems possible?

They've been tracking these sounds for over one year and so far we have only heard mentioned on YouTube recently - the theory is that they are the sounds of the subterranean geological structures groaning due to contact friction caused by the expansion of the earths core due to absorption of massive amounts of particle energy from the sun -there might be global warming but it is not caused by human activity -it is caused by solar activity and thus is out of our control..
That clearly was something that wasn't from here. I love how media and officals try to cover it up to avoid any panic or anyone actually finding out that UFO's actually do in fact exist. Watching it was like watching Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
These people, just don't have enough evidence to support that this is a real captured video of the occurrences around the world. However it might be reconsidered, we haven't dropped this video yet.

@TheTaintedPsyche We've found that over time the strange sounds actually start to repeat after awhile. So it is very possible to view a recording on youtube that the sounds almost are exact. There are TRUE captured occurrences happening world-wide. Altho some people are stealing the audio for their own pleasure which is wasting our time.

Most people when they hear jets, I understand, would think they are normally quiet, but from the voice in the background I could tell this particular noise was pretty loud. That is exactly the case for low flying military jets where I live. They can be so loud sometimes that you cant hear the person next to you.
@thaliyall c'mon, I can see Wright Patterson Airforce Base from where I live, and we've seen/heard all types of aircraft passing over and circling at high or low altitudes, even breaking sound barriers, nothing compares to this! I have not personally experienced this phenomenon YET, but the sounds are not moving away like a jet would. It takes seconds at low altitude to fly over your neighborhood. This has waves of changing rythmic pulses that stays awhile, then abruptly stops?!
VERY IMPORTANT!!! Watch these two videos. The VERY same thing occurs in them. Very loud rumbling then a flash of light in the heavens and then the rumbling sound abruptly ends. If all three of these videos are genuine then they are all connected by a same/similar source. My best guess is The Bluebeam Project. Please research this.

Firstly, to hear this at its best connect up a decent pair of headphones to your computer or run it through your hifi, there is some serious bass on this video. Secondly, whatever this sound is, it is shaking stuff in the house because it can be clearly heard behind the sound.
Salient points: How can it be a tornado when there is hardly breeze enough to move the trees? If I was there I'd have walked outside with the camera and into the open where I could see a good portion of the sky.

Just a thought guys. I recently watched a documentary on how UFO sightings have been linked to the supposed flights of spy planes. One of the latest spy planes, 'The Aurora', can travel up to mach 6 using pulse detonation. What if these sounds are related to it? Something that is moving at that speed through the atmosphere is bound to have an effect that travels a fair old way. like I say, just a thought to me that seems possible?

@TheTaintedPsyche We've found that over time the strange sounds actually start to repeat after awhile. So it is very possible to view a recording on youtube that the sounds almost are exact. There are TRUE captured occurrences happening world-wide. Altho some people are stealing the audio for their own pleasure which is wasting our time.

Most people when they hear jets, I understand, would think they are normally quiet, but from the voice in the background I could tell this particular noise was pretty loud. That is exactly the case for low flying military jets where I live. They can be so loud sometimes that you cant hear the person next to you.

@thaliyall c'mon, I can see Wright Patterson Airforce Base from where I live, and we've seen/heard all types of aircraft passing over and circling at high or low altitudes, even breaking sound barriers, nothing compares to this! I have not personally experienced this phenomenon YET, but the sounds are not moving away like a jet would. It takes seconds at low altitude to fly over your neighborhood. This has waves of changing rythmic pulses that stays awhile, then abruptly stops?!

Firstly, to hear this at its best connect up a decent pair of headphones to your computer or run it through your hifi, there is some serious bass on this video. Secondly, whatever this sound is, it is shaking stuff in the house because it can be clearly heard behind the sound.
