Foolish people who buy obvious garbage contracts from some stranger who calls on the telephone are the very reason the scams stay in business... they are making money. This company is being investigated by Attorney General in Missouri and numerous other states.

Previous business names are Dealer Services & National Auto Warranty Services. Name change occured in December 08.A law firm in St. Louis Casey & Devoti has a class action lawsuit against them on behalf of victimized customers.

Do a Google or Yahoo search to find attorney's website. Go to Better Business Bureau to see they have an " F" rating. BBB site shows all names they did business under.

it is a scam!!!! Ive been making payments for a while now. the other day my fuel pump went out and i called the company. lo and behold i am not on file as haveing an account. ive been getting billed and made payments but ive never had an account.. they got an F at the BBB. people need to spread the word. if you think im making this shit up leave me a comment.

"myfagan" is right. US fidelis is a scam. Trust I have been a victim of their lies and false advertisement. I had to call my lawyer to take legal action on them. Everyone need to spread the word. US FIDELIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

US Fidelis is the largest Vehicle Warranty Company in the US and the one that has been in the most trouble. Beware, they have TV commercials and are going to sponsor Steve Wallace's race car in NASCAR. They have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau...check them out...they used to be Dealer Services, got in huge trouble with Missouri Attorney General and several other states.

yeah you can go back to the dealership if your car is less that 4 years old and has less than 50k miles, but the warranties are backdated, and you have to pay anywhere from 1000-3000 up front, you have to do you research before you buy but 3rd parties are just as good as manufacture extended warranties
