Your hair is probably fading a whole bunch because you didn't use a permanent dye. I use a semi permanent and I normally get it done an almost black color and over time it fades to a dark brown.

it could also be iron in your water. we have a lot and it makes my hair fade quickly.

For the hair, I use sharpies. really. I have a red streak right now. it stays in for a while. longer than you would expect of a sharpie...and for a tat...I am not sure. cause I am a little too a.d.d to choose just one and not get sick of it in a month. buut that's juuss me.

like orange... but i'm a natural brunette.

i dyed my hair black... the tips were fading to orange....

did you get your hair bleached first? if not bleach it then get the red... it lasts wayyyy longer
