  • fuck the gym....this is the shit ;)

  • Hey, Could I ask what kind of rings these are (brand), or where you bought them?

Use of a swing set: Brilliant!

  • i used to be way better than this, now I am worse. must of lost the eye of the tiger. hope this guy is still doing this great art.

  • @Javeriffic Cheers still training, way better than this nowadays

  • Is this in Serbia?

  • @drwhoandphysics because in venezuela there are also outdoor public parks with rings and gymnastics equipments.

  • @drwhoandphysics This is in australia, the rings are mine and this is just a public swing set

  • Good vid! I started with the rings 8 months ago and I still can't do a muscle up as smooth as you. Keep up the good work man!

  • amazing. the only thing i can remotely do in that routine is the upside down part.

  • this guy doesnt do anything hard at all. this was weak. no way should have 36000 views

  • That was awesome man, I so wanna get me some of those rings...

  • Nice vid man, really smooth muscle ups! I can do back lever and one leg front lever but I can't do a frickin muscle up! It's so frustrating, I just can;t get over at the top of the pull. Any tips?

  • @comicbookhero1 Practice negatives, false grip pullups, weighted pullups all wouldn't hurt

  • What is so special about it ? Anybody who attended Physical education classes in school will do it !!!!!

  • @casiansergiu are you serious? u obviously dont know much about fitness and the amount of upper body power/strength that's needed to even do one muscle up let alone all the gymnastics twists and spins he performed. u dont think b4 u speak do u...

  • @footyfarid19 Haha that's why I don't respond to those morons. There is always a few on youtube, and surprise surprise they never have a video of them doing anything

  • @Demus15 yh so true :)

  • respect from Serbia!!!!

  • @bknives Thanks mate

  • Nicely done!

  • hey, amazing feat of strength my friend. i am in the very begining of gymnastic training my self. currently doing weight but hope to shift away from the weight to the ring. you a great inspiration

  • Wow, nice. Clean moves and slow smooth transitions! what conditioning do you recommend for the back and front lever.. Im ashamed--I can't do even back lever, just can't hold it, even with one tucked leg.

  • nice, respect for doing rings in the park. you seem to be at the level i am now

  • wow thats great control and strength

  • one-legged squats. youtube has lots of examples of how to do these and progress to these.

  • how long have you been training rings? And is that all or most of what you train? I've completely switched over to ring exercises, except deadlifts and leg press stuff.

  • This video is pretty old so now around two years. Nowadays I mainly do gymnastiucs strength and conditioning, rarely touch weights except I do like olympioc weightlifting and sometimes do it. I'd lose the leg press

  • Thanks for the response. But what do you do for your legs? Pistols or something? Any plyometrics?

  • yes mainly pistols and plyo stuff

  • @Demus15 so,is it difficult ? I was told that one has to start with rings at early age to get in shape and being able to do the stunts... are really two years enough to perform what you did in the vid ?

  • nice routine man, keep up the good work!

  • i wish our local parks had rings haha

  • not bad

  • Lol, nevermind. After seeing this video, i retract my statement.

  • Very nice, man. Is it like you built the rings there or they were installed there already?

  • è inutie che fai grosso scemo di merda che sei bianco come un culo peloso

  • wow its smart, I have never thought about training there, good idea... and you are very sexy, perfect shape

  • Keep comments about the training!

  • thats awsome

  • I began with the basics: pull-ups, chin-ups and I´m getting better everyday. I hope someday, with a better strength, begin to do ring training and do all of this things. Great form. Keep at it my brother.

  • Thats nice Demus! Good form on them rings, alot of people dont realize how hard it is to train on the rings!

  • Thanks mate, it's great fun tho!

  • wow clever, nice back lever,

still need some work on the front one though

  • Yeah i Kno ABs not strong enough! Thanks for the comment!

  • I dont know why but i got my front lever before my back lever

  • Aw man! I just wanna say thanks for the pistols video, can't work 'em right now because I've got a problem with my foot.

Wondered if you could help me out again. I'm having trouble on my false grip for a muscle-up. It just seems too uncomfortable to do a pull-up with. I'll get a close up of it tomorrow. Any ideas?

  • One thing u could try is to lower the rings and do inverted rows with a false grip, it may help u get used to a false grip.

  • Thanks a lot for the comments! I have never seriously trained an iron cross but i can almost hold it but i've decided i really need to improve my levers and hand balancing (which stinks!)before i really get into cross training.

  • i really like how clean your stuff is ...straight lines and everything...can you do iron cross? you certainly look strong enough for it..

  • Just watched all your videos.

Great work keep it up! =]

  • little bit of a bow in your back lever. Your upper body is STRONG! to be able to muscleup after that set is amazing.

  • nice video i have always wanted to do stuff like that so that why i joined gymnastics and cuz u get all buff from doing this :)

  • Thanks a lot for the feedback, A one arm chin will come soon!

  • Hey Demus - great work! Nice control and awesome levers! Way to go man! Cheers.
