Nice vid man, really smooth muscle ups! I can do back lever and one leg front lever but I can't do a frickin muscle up! It's so frustrating, I just can;t get over at the top of the pull. Any tips?
@casiansergiu are you serious? u obviously dont know much about fitness and the amount of upper body power/strength that's needed to even do one muscle up let alone all the gymnastics twists and spins he performed. u dont think b4 u speak do u...
@footyfarid19 Haha that's why I don't respond to those morons. There is always a few on youtube, and surprise surprise they never have a video of them doing anything
hey, amazing feat of strength my friend. i am in the very begining of gymnastic training my self. currently doing weight but hope to shift away from the weight to the ring. you a great inspiration
Wow, nice. Clean moves and slow smooth transitions! what conditioning do you recommend for the back and front lever.. Im ashamed--I can't do even back lever, just can't hold it, even with one tucked leg.
how long have you been training rings? And is that all or most of what you train? I've completely switched over to ring exercises, except deadlifts and leg press stuff.
This video is pretty old so now around two years. Nowadays I mainly do gymnastiucs strength and conditioning, rarely touch weights except I do like olympioc weightlifting and sometimes do it. I'd lose the leg press
@Demus15 so,is it difficult ? I was told that one has to start with rings at early age to get in shape and being able to do the stunts... are really two years enough to perform what you did in the vid ?
I began with the basics: pull-ups, chin-ups and I´m getting better everyday. I hope someday, with a better strength, begin to do ring training and do all of this things. Great form. Keep at it my brother.
Aw man! I just wanna say thanks for the pistols video, can't work 'em right now because I've got a problem with my foot.
Wondered if you could help me out again. I'm having trouble on my false grip for a muscle-up. It just seems too uncomfortable to do a pull-up with. I'll get a close up of it tomorrow. Any ideas?
Thanks a lot for the comments! I have never seriously trained an iron cross but i can almost hold it but i've decided i really need to improve my levers and hand balancing (which stinks!)before i really get into cross training.
fuck the gym....this is the shit ;)

One thing u could try is to lower the rings and do inverted rows with a false grip, it may help u get used to a false grip.
