how do you set a shoot, is it a stills camera set to take a frame every few seconds or have stripped stills from continous video footage? very impressive would like to do one on the lancaster canal slightly slower, please advise. regards

Olympus 4040 still digital camera with a home made infrared trigger unit that allows me to take a photo every few seconds.
