Primordial Dwarfism. Yes, they have the same brain. Kenadie has trouble with her hearing, which is why she has a little bit of a hard time speaking.

actually there was a recent documnentary on her, the mum took her to a therapist who reported back that she is operating on the level of a 3 yr old. True she may be deaf but she is also is mentally disabled. Unlike most primordial dwarves, who are developmentally normal except for their small size. Look at her actions in the video. A 7 year old does not act that way, her mannerisms and actions are those of a toddler. ITs a shame, she will probably need care her whole life.

@TheOobster: she's been deaf until the age of 5 or so.. so add it all up and then it's normal she's behind with things, like talking.. I think it's pretty normal that she's so far behind
