Looks pretty nice, sounds nice too, aesthetically speaking, the bridge humbucker puts me off a bit, personally I would've gone for a stacked pickup for a thicker bridge tone or a single coil sized humbucker, matching the other pickups color wouldn't hurt either, everything else looks great, what can I say I'm a sucker for white strats :o) the nitro finish is a nice touch.

The pickups are two Suhr V60LP 's. They do sound good don't they? :-)

This guitar was not meant for doing something that fender cant' do...simply it was meant to do everything a fender can do...but much much much better...try to not write comments offensive to two of the best italian liuthiers!

When I think of the new American Standard I would tend to agree exept for the fact that the JST is covered with thin nitro and not poly like the Fenders, has Suhr pickups (which are far superior to standard Fender singles and especially humbuckers), has a contoured neck heel and body shape that makes it very comfortable to play on the higher frets, and it is a very light guitar... which my old back is thanking me for.

If you add the fact that the woods on the JST are selected, you might see a little difference... which might explain the slight price difference between ths guitar and a Stadard Fender Strat, which I think is a great guitar, BTW. ;-)

@glmetal e' il modello JST che fanno abitualmente. Puoi scegliere pickups, tipo di ponte, colore ecc. ma in sostanza il modello e' questo.
