Ok, I did, did you? Cause it states this "Maron and others advise the public not to let young kids play in sand unattended, and not to get in a hole deeper than your knees." Especially the last part.
Cause all we did was make a small dent in the sand and then basically my friends pushed all the sand on top of me. We didn't make a 4 foot hole...
a) deadly sand holes have not made a unified vow to gobble up only those who dig 4 ft pits, but can be varying heights in the varied terrain of the world
b) I freaked out when I read the article and felt it was very important that the word get out about this, so I looked up videos of people either in self made pits, trapped by others in them, or trapped within the sand and physically escape themselves. At first glance your video appears like you are actually helpless to do anything about your predicament.
c) I'm sorry if I offended or insulted you, but perhaps knowing this story now - it may some day save your or one of your loved ones lives. I've found tons of videos with people in really deep mounds, one guy even had his toddelers trapped in one and people were laughing about how "handy it is".

Yeah, that's dangerous, my sister almost died because the sand toppled on top of her and he got dragged down.
