That is good you are using a micro account to remove your emotions from trading. What you must train yourself to do is to simply trade what the market is telling you to trade. Don't anticipate moves, don't try and think what the market will do next. Just trade what the market is telling you. As easy as it sounds its quite unnatural, but once you have it as habit it will become second nature. This "phase" is the most difficult to overcome as a trader so give it time.Look at yourself objectively.
Hello trump trader. I ocassionly check on your site to hear your insight about trading mentality. I consider myself an intermediate trader and have recently transfered into live trading with a micro account. I find myself being faced with many emotions and hesitation now. Im using the micro account to try and expell these feelings that can sometimes sabatoge my profits/losses. What is your advice on the best way to get rid of this phase and move on,
