My battery was exactly the same as yours.. I was going to send it back.. all I'd do was watch a 4 minute music video and BAM!!!! It was low battery (this was in the morning at work.. I hadn't even made no calls or anything and the phone was in charge overnight!!!!). But After having it for a few weeks now I've found that the more you charge it the better the battery life becomes.. now I can watch 4 hours worth of movies on it and it still has a few bars of battery left.

I think u flasing the phone to original nokia software might invalidate the warranty, so if u make a claim for repair under warranty they might not do it unless u pay for it.
Not tried the tv-out bit yet,radio,mp3 good,head phones quality better than i expected, quality screen and pictures from the camera whether in full 5MP or lower and zoom mode. I find the gps works good,but i bettered satalite reception with bluetooth gps reciever.I not got the truphone fully up and runing cos i aint got incontact with truphone again to help with the set up.
TV out is really good.. I've gone round to my mates with a film to watch they were all amazed. you should join n95users dot com it's a really good forum. I just can't get my gps to work properly.

I subscribed to the GPS voice guidance thing for a month (was only about £6) and it's crap I can't use it at all.. like it'll tell me to turn right when theres no road there!!! Did you watch the vid on the american unboxing his n95? the one that thought his biggest problem was the manual was in italian? the dumb ass didnt even realise it was also for the wrong model the 6680 let alone the cd being for the n70. What a typical STUPID american. ha ha ha
Go deal on the phone,I got mine on the 5th with o2. There is only one problem with the orange n95, 1 its locked to orange as you can tell by the starting up routine, and 2 the phone is not able to use truphone internet abilities as orange has had that removed by request by nokia, so inthe long run IM better off. ha ha
I get 1000 minutes and 1000 texts for only £25 a month. AND I GOT A FREE N95. I got it on 17th April and it was delivered on 18th which is when I took this video.
Basically I called up upgrades and said I want to upgrade, he said it'll be £89 and I said I can take out a new contract and get it for free. he went through to retentions and then she said I can get it for free.

Nope, I don't have that problem :)
They may be able to get another one if they call up their operator or go back to where they got the phone from as its still under warranty.
Having it on Orange means that theres no VOIP function but you can overcome that by reflashing it (although beware, it voids your warranty).
