This is Barrington Henderson who is the lead in this song when he was with the group The Temptemtation's on the Pheonix Rising CD- "How could you hurt me", "This is my promise", "Stay" etc. He left the Temptations in 2003 and is now on his own in Las Vegas. He"s truly is a gifted vocalist, I look forward to his new music in the near future

@JoeFlow88 ..Theo Peoples lead a lot of songs, but left the group before the album finished, so Barrington is really lip sinching on "Stay" on the video, except the live version. You have to really listen to hear the difference in the 2. They sound almost the same.

@KillarBigT Theo Peoples wrote and sang that song He left before the album dropped and Bo took his place. In fact Bo had tried to join The Temptations several times. First time he tried to join was when Dennis left in 1975. Then he was about to join in 1989 but Ali-Ollie decided to return so when Theo left he finally got his shot. He also wrote and produced for many artists including Lakeside

I love the entire Phoenix Rising CD. I thought "This Is My Promise" was my favorite, but the more I listen to the CD, the more I become attached to "If I Give You My Heart". But as I stated at the beginning, LOVE the entire CD.
