@0kshitij0 You mean the real name of Actress Sandhya of V Shantaram films? No I don't know her real name....but this actress here in this song is Jayashree Gadkar, if I am not mistaken.
i find the expressions on Jayshree Gadkar at 1:16 very funny, she moves her body trying to show pain and worries, exactly according to the music, it's like they are dance steps, ding- pose 1, ding- pose 2, ding- pose 3, ding- slouch down. I wanna know who the choreographer is for this song.
I tried doing that along with her with a straight face but just could not, hehehe.
Having said that, I LOVE this song, it's very close to my heart, heard it a million times and still not tired of it.
Hahaha you are too funny. Sandhya and her body movements remind of that "bobbing doll" the kind you get in India, if you tap the head she shakes all over...
Yes I have watched Pinjra several times, not because of Sandhya but because the movie itself is a great one. & you assumed correctly, I am Marathi/Maharashtrian.
i liked it so much.. dailly watching ,......

मोकलुने आस जाहले उदास, घयी कान्होपत्रिस हृदयास,
amazing simplicity amazing innocence. A full circle devotion, not surprised when we hear god appeared for saints on these abhangas.
Recreating these poetries in todays world is an impossible task.

That is a good observation treesap. Speaking of moving body, have you watched Sandhya in V Shantaram's movies...? ;)

Oh absolutely, especially when Sandhya is crying, it looks like something is tickling her nose and she is trying to sneeze but is not able to, LMAO!
