The agriculture [ConAgra, Novartiand, Archer Daniels Midland, etc] & farming [Tyson, Cargill, Swift , Smithfield, etc] conglomerates NEED the flow illegals to go unhindered.

How else can we pay a less for a necterine grown 2000 miles away, than one grown locally?

A: slave labor.

Illegal aliens are helping to drive down American wages, eliminate small farms, small grocery stores, and artificially reduce food prices.

How else can they continue their War On Drugs, keep their tax-payer funded agents from hitting the unenployment line, continue the Prison State, keep the county courts and lawyers offices bristling with drug-related litigation and probationary fees for funding of local law enforcement and their state governemnt and the citizens strung out?

A: keep the borders porous and the drug flow unimpeded.

@quaffer22 - not to mention the payoffs to thousands of "legitimate" American bankers (e.g. Wachovia) and businessmen who launder drug lord cash for payoffs of millions in tax free income. The very people you think would be against drug importation are the strongest supporters for its illegal (but unrestricted) flow.
