how did you install the cutout.. Weld or Clamps?? And what size cutout did you use?

cutouts after the cat andbefore the muff (obv), wired it to the accessories so it only worked with the key turned to on, passed the wires through a grommet in the firewall. and yes it passes emissions with it closed.
