Just about anybody could have brought wealth to Libya as they was sitting on top of a gold strike of oil. It would be hard for anybody to screw that up. How did Gaddafi get rich when he was never elected? I will tell you exactly how. He skimmed of a lot of the oil profits. Now vote somebody into office that does not steal from nor kill his own people. That will be a great man! @dasMomentum Your very misinformed, So many people have stated who actually lived in Libya, that they DO PAY THEIR UTILITY BILL. Including Electricity, water, and Gas. Education and medical treatment have always been free Even under the Monarchy. AND As with all oil producing countries, the price of petrol was lower than in Europe or Japan. It was equivalent to the price of petrol in the USA. Libyans have always paid interest on all loans. Student loans were deducted from their Salary!

@NAVYWIFEONE iran is just about as suffisticated as US. if a war starts with iran, im quite sure that russia and china will join on irans side for it will benifit them in getting rid of a super power. im sure that no nukes will explode on land for if theres any use of nukes, they will be taken out by anti aircraft /missiles shealds which both sides hav. iran also has the support of hezbolla, pakistan (maybe), syria, hammas and a few more other ME countries, watch if they attack they will fail
