This control grid they are setting up is way beyond anything in the past. Mandatory RFID chips, mandatory vaccinations, mandatory bracelets, CCTV camera's with facial recognition everywhere, when will the people stand up against fascism?
thank you! when my daughter came home from school telling us they are using this pledge, i told her she can stand quietly but does not have to resite that brainwashing crap.
So what am I suppose to do as an American if decide not to take the h1n1 vaccine? Do I pick up a rifle and say come and get me or do I go under custody and get taken to a "quarentine zone"?
Depends. Do what you need to do in order to stay alive, and to retain your rights. If you can do it within the law, great, if not... I simply would hope that you'd not take away other people's rights or lives in your effort.
Personally, I'm a big fan of the picking up a rifle and running and hiding until I can gather more support etc, or convincing them to "pass" by me etc. Non-violent alternatives to quarantine or injection.
Jesus Christ said, pick up the sword, you will perish by the sword..this is a spiritual battle..satan loves it when you or anyone else decide to fight back..God is incontrol not humanity..this revenge belong to GOD..those people don't care, their are blinded, but at the end they will know, whom they have rejected. Learn to pray.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the "perish by the sword" rebuke by Jesus to Peter meant that Peter's use of the sword while moving offensively (not defensively) against the soldiers arresting Jesus was suicidal and that Peter's actions would've prevented God's plan for Jesus to die on the cross and rise from the dead to redeem us sinners. Peter's use of his sword was inappropriate at the time of Jesus' arrest.
(continued) The following web article, "What Does the Bible Say About Gun Control?" by Larry Pratt, explains perfectly the justification of using a weapon to defend yourself and those with you against those bent on inflicting physical harm and/or death:

If both mine and Larry Pratt's explanations are right, wrong, or both, feel free to explain. Thanks.
you cant suppress the revolution. the elites would love to have u believe that u get your salvation wen u die. (this life doesnt matter. all that matters is wut happens wen u die, simply put) and that the evil, manipulative, powerful men who control the world will be dealt with wen they die.
its time to break free. this is now. im 20 years old, and i want a fucking future. fuck bending over and taking it. if this is my only life, I WANT TO FUCKING LIVE IT
Dennis is a trip. The pledge of allegiance was written by a socialist.
We supposedly live in a representative republic. But how is this small oligarchy of 595 people in Congress -- who get to make laws for the rest of the 300+ million people -- better than a democracy? At least in a democracy, everyone's voice gets counted.
Good luck getting your local politician to "represent" anything other than special interests.
It's "better" because the oligarchy is supposedly limited both by the terms of office and by who actually gets voted in (which is done democratically). While also having over-reaching rules to prevent unjust laws from being made by a simply majority.
It has been the 300+ million people's will to give the oligarchy its power so far, even though it has ignored much of its own constraints since the founding.
Again, so the current system allows a tiny minority to make law for the majority -- and this is better than a democracy?
Have you ever bothered to peruse your local criminal code? It's chock full of Constitutionally-contradictory, unjust laws. All of which were written by a small minority.
It sounds like you're agreeing with me, even though you're trying very hard to reconcile the "ideal" from the "real" situation.
You asked how it was better than a Democracy. While the democratic republic is NOT at its best form, the reality of constitutional laws, and the fact that they could be enforced and thus remove those local (and federal) codes that are unconstitutional mean that those laws the oligarchy make are checked by the People... if they'd get off their arse and do something about it.
I don't agree with the argument that 51% decide what 49% can do in a democracy, given the fact that we couldn't pay 100% of the people to give up American Idol reruns for one night, so they can go out and vote.
Despite the common thought that we're a republic, the majority -- not case law, necessarily -- rules in the Congress and in the Supreme Court. SCOTUS is often guilty "legislating from the bench," rather than upholding the Constitution. See Bush v Gore.
So you're saying that it should be 51% of the people that can get to the poles can decide what laws the remaining population is put under?
Or, to put it another way: Your argument is that 51% vs. 49% is a false argument, due to the fact that it's actually a smaller group due to the fact that many people don't vote. Isn't that WORSE than 51% telling 49% what to do?
The primary difference between a Republic and a Democracy is not in how votes are tallied, but in setting up regulations for them.
In other words, making it so that local issues are (largely) determined by those it would affect, rather than by all citizens of the nation. Again, the democratic Republic of the US is most certainly not in it's best form. However, it has provided more protections than a pure democracy.
Note also that a high majority can still alter the laws. With enough votes and ratifications amendments or even abolition of the Constitution can occur. Yet it is difficult to do compared to a pure democracy
No, I'm all for a national referendum. I think we should all be allowed to cast a vote on any bills brought forward by the Congress. Maybe that would motivate people to be more engaged in the process.
Well, you're right. But we could create safeguards that make it so the laws can never be more strict than the Constitution allows...only more lenient.
I'm saying we'll likely never ACTUALLY have a 51% vote. Hell, we cannot get 50% of the voting public to cast a ballot during presidential elections.
Yes, that is my point. Our reality IS WORSE THAN any theoretical democracy.
Right. The fact that, on average, 20 - 30% of the public votes, the majority of that percentage gets voted in. From there, those 535 (I misquoted 595 previously) people in Congress get to set up regulations for the rest of us. To me, that's much worse than referendum.
Sure, but you're comparing theoretical democracy to reality of current republic. That seems like a schism to me. You should compare theory with theory, and reality with reality.
In reality, with current society, a democracy would be worse even than our current republic. At least that's how I see it.
But everything is a comparison of theoretical vs. historical, no?
In theory, capitalism sounds perfect. But historically, the government has not been able to keep its paws off the system. As such, we have a poor facsimile of capitalism.
From a theoretical standpoint, I agree with you. But as we lose more and more of our liberties, it should become apparent to you that letting "the few dictate for the many" is not all it's cracked up to be.
I agree, but I don't think the issue is Democracy vs. Democratic Republic (both of which provide for a meaningful voice for all persons). It is an issue of people actually governing themselves.
In theory, a dictatorship COULD work, provided that the dictator actually did the will of the People. Likewise, in theory, Democracy could work, but in practice, historically speaking, it isn't as good as a republic. Again, this is my opinion, from my perspective.
: the People need to be involved, and stay involved, retaining the ultimate authority above whatever government is in place. People don't and that's when we have problems. All forms of government can fall, though some faster than others.
I'm not in favor of having the few dictate the many, as that's not what a true Republic is. Supposedly those few are to follow the wishes of the many (within the established rules). Right now, that's reversed (and the rules are just plain ignored).
why dont the reply buttons work anymore? its like the reply does not go under the message thats being replied to? figures, the tube probably set it up that way cuz its Jones,, they seem to like to mess with the counters allot,

we know the problems exist and the more time we take explaining it seems like less time taken actually fixing it...
Notice how Jones cut the caller off as soon as he mentioned admiralty law,,, hmmm dont want the fact the we are in admiralty law to be known? Interesting to say the lease I would purpose, He seemed very anxious to cut him off.
It was at 42 seconds he said it,, and jones was like ahh ohh ummm Denis bla bla bla and cuts him off and then said ,, LOL ,. your poem sounds allot like the pledge of allegiance. and that's even funner because Denis never claimed it to be a poem written by him, he clearly said I wrote an article and then he starts to read the article when he gets to 42 seconds and mentioned about admiralty law Jones blatantly cuts him off. And me saying this doesn't mean I am against Jones people! I respect him
I seen i have one thumbs down already. I just knew the fluoride heads would equate my saying Jones cut him off with the assumption I don't like Jones? LOLOL how stupid are people? Ive defended Jones so many times its ridiculousness Get passed the paradigm already people geeeze. like Alex says himself just because he dont like barrack does not mean he is for McCain, and just because I said he cut him off (he did) you equate that with the assumption I dont like him, you all need seriouse help,,,
I recall AJ mentioning that he thinks a lot of the common/admiralty law stuff is useless or even false. He seems to prefer to rely on the Constitution and state/federal law.
