What the hell is with the blue circles on the cowgirl in the back? Was somebody trying to circle the ass hearts, but somehow screwed it up? Or does she kill enemies with chakram made of glow sticks?

Now that u mention it, it just doenst look like its part of the pic. I think its a weird add-on of some logo.
